Beautiful Day and lady

This afternoon was a beautiful day. We came home and Chris took a few minutes out to water the garden. Logan stayed out of the picture as well as the range of the garden hose. Chris would not spray him, but he was taking no chances. 8/23/06

Pre-Reunion inspection visit

John & Sharon came to visit this August. We had a terrific time. We got to see a few of the interesting sites Wisconsin has to offer, including a couple of places Chris & I had not previously visited.

Short Leave

Matt was home for a short leave in early July before departing for Kuwait. Here are a few pictures of that visit. We celebrated Independence Day and Matt's Birthday.

Travel Travail

No pic with this, but Matt is on his way to Camp Navistar, Kuwait. So far the trip has not been very encouraging. They left Camp Shelby, Mississippi Monday and flew to Bangor, Maine. When attempting to leave Maine Monday night it seems the plane caught on fire and had to return to the airport for repairs or replacement. This evening, as I write they are being bussed back to the airfield to try again.
