Okay, after several excellent guesses it is Gabe & Madelyn with Chris and Rosemary, taken in 1952 (Rose is not quite a year old), and the location is the backyard of their grandparent's Ernest backyard on W. Hazeltine in Kenmore, NY.

Forgot to guess the year -- 1953?
I'm going to say Grandpa and Grandma Nemeth with Mom and Aunt Rosie, and I'm going to say, oh, what...1805? Maybe 1806?
uhhh....I knew it was Mom and grandpa and grandma but I have nooo guesses as to were or when.
As the others have guessed: It's Gabe and Madelyn Nemeth with Christine and Rosemary. Maybe 1953, in Buffalo, East Ave perhaps?
